Access Control Software for Windows
Fresh USA Access Control Software provides centralized management for compatible readers, users, vehicles and access credentials. Authorized users and vehicles can be entered into the software database and assigned permissions for specific access points, zones and schedules. Connected readers can report access activity to the software so events can be reviewed, searched and exported.
The system can start with one connected reader and can be expanded with additional compatible readers and access points as the project grows. One reader connection is included with the current Access Control Software lifetime license package. Each additional connected reader requires the appropriate Additional Reader Connection License.
System Requirements
Fresh USA Access Control Software can be used with both legacy and current Windows environments. Existing installations may continue to operate on older Windows versions, while new systems can also be deployed on current Windows versions.

Installation
The access control software download includes the Windows installation package used to install the management application. Depending on the package and Windows environment, required Microsoft components and database services may also need to be installed or enabled.
After installation, launch the Access Control Software and configure the database connection, connected readers and project parameters. For an existing installation, use the database and reader settings supplied for that system. For a new project, Fresh USA can provide the required software, reader and database configuration.
Database Connection
The software can use a local SQL database on the same computer, a shared SQL database on a local network, or a project-specific database hosted on a remote or cloud server. Database architecture depends on the project, network environment and security requirements.
For shared-server, cloud-server or multi-site projects, the required database connection, firewall and network settings should be configured by the responsible IT administrator or Fresh USA integration team.
Desktop Interface
The Windows interface provides access to user and vehicle records, reader settings, permissions, schedules, event history and reports. The software can be configured with a multilingual interface for projects that require different operator languages.
Available interface languages may include English, French, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese, Chinese, Korean and other project-specific localizations.

User, Vehicle and Credential Management
The software maintains a centralized database of authorized users, vehicles and compatible access credentials. Credentials can include compatible access cards, key fobs, vehicle windshield tags and other supported Fresh USA credentials.
Each credential can be assigned to the appropriate user, vehicle or access record. Permissions can be updated in software without replacing the physical credential when the installed system supports software-managed operation.

Access history can be searched by date, vehicle, user, credential or other available project fields. Reports can be reviewed in the software and exported when required for administration or further analysis.
Reader and Access Equipment Integration
Fresh USA Access Control Software is designed to operate with compatible Fresh USA access control equipment configured for software-managed operation. Typical projects can include vehicle gate readers, parking entrance and exit readers, garage and barrier access systems, building access readers and multiple readers connected through a local network.
Compatible access control readers or controllers can be integrated with gate operators, barrier arms, garage doors, turnstiles and other controlled-entry equipment that provides a compatible control input.
RFID UHF can be used as one credential technology within the system, for example for long-range vehicle identification. RFID is a technical component of compatible projects; the management software itself is used for users, permissions, schedules, events and database operation.
Cloud Server and ERP Integration
For projects that require centralized or remote data access, the software database can be deployed on a project-specific remote or cloud server when the required network and security environment is available.
Integration with third-party ERP, business databases or other management systems is also available for compatible projects. The integration method depends on the required data exchange, database architecture and third-party system. Fresh USA reviews these integrations on a project basis rather than assuming a universal connector for every ERP platform.
Software Download and License Activation
The installer can be downloaded separately from the commercial software license. Downloading the installation package does not by itself activate licensed reader connectivity.
