Fulfillment Policy
Fresh USA, Inc. (“we” or “us”) operates https://software.fresh222.com/shop (the “Site”). Our Fulfillment Policy is part of and subject to our Terms of Service (available here: https://software.fresh222.com/return_policy/).
Terms defined in the Terms of Service have the same meanings in this Fulfillment Policy.
By accepting our Fulfillment Policy and the Terms of Service, you agree to the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy (available here: https://software.fresh222.com/privacy/).
By placing an order on our Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this Fulfillment Policy (collectively, the “Policies”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE POLICIES, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE POLICIES.
General
We strive to maintain accurate inventory on our Site to ensure availability. Occasionally, discrepancies may occur, preventing us from fulfilling your entire order. If this happens, we will either contact you to offer a substitute item or process a refund.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order amount, weight, destination, and the selected carrier. Shipping costs are collected at checkout.
Orders shipped via third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS) are subject to their terms and conditions. This Fulfillment Policy does not cover third-party practices, and we are not responsible for their actions. Please review and understand third-party terms and conditions.
Delivery Terms
Deliveries are subject to third-party carrier terms. Ensure you provide accurate contact information and delivery addresses. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided during order placement.
We will provide expected delivery times but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or special events.

Return Policy
Defective products may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment with a valid Invoice. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
Returns without a valid Invoice will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT! Please note that product that is found not suitable for a particular application or does not perform according to expectations (that are not in accordance with the product specifications and the operating environment) is not deemed defective.
If you need help selecting the right product for your application, please do not hesitate to contact us!
All returned products will be tested for defects and if no defects are found, the product will be returned to you without a refund.
All returned products must include the original manufacturer’s packaging, manuals, accessories, cables, etc., otherwise the product will not be accepted.
For defective products that are returned, refunds will be issued within 30 days from the date of receipt of the defective product. Shipping is non-refundable.
In case of misshipped items (we have shipped different items than you ordered by mistake), please contact us immediately. You can send it back to us. We will refund your purchase, once it is processed. If all items within the order were shipped incorrectly, we will also refund the shipping cost.
Refusal of Delivery Packages
Any packages refused by the customer are deemed to be ABANDONED. All refused packages will be returned to sender at the shipper’s expense. No refunds will be issued for any packages which were refused for delivery.
IMPORTANT!
Please make sure you read this carefully, we CANNOT accept the returned mis-shipped items under following conditions:
- Will NOT accept for return products that have been used.
- Products must be in RESELLABLE condition.
- Original box is missing, damaged, or ORIGINAL BOX IS DEFACED WITH WRITING OR MARKINGS.
- Product is missing packaging, manuals, or other components.
- Broken case media, print heads, and software.
- Products not purchased from FRESH USA, Inc.
- Purchases or FRESH USA, Inc. issued over 14 days.
- Invoicer is not included with the return.
- Special Order, custom configured, discontinued, or obsolete products.
- Product shipped with other than factory default settings (includes configuration changes per customer request).
- Custom Media of any type.
- Serial numbers do not match the referenced on the equipment.FRESH USA,Inc.
