Description
Complete F-910 Access Control System — Preconfigured and Ready to Install
The Fresh USA F-910 is supplied as a complete preconfigured access control system with a built-in relay, power supply, adjustable mounting bracket and authorized tags programmed for the supplied reader. It can operate independently or be expanded to centralized Windows software management.
Ready-to-Use F-910 Access Control System
The Fresh USA F-910 is a ready-to-install long-range UHF access control system with an adjustable reading distance of up to 13 ft / 4 m.
The F-910 is intended primarily for commercial doors, employee entrances, turnstiles, smaller gates, garage doors, restricted operational areas and other controlled access points where a compact and adjustable reading zone is required.
When an authorized credential enters the configured reading area, the reader verifies its identification code and activates the built-in normally open dry-contact relay. The relay sends an opening or activation command to the connected access or security equipment.
System Overview
| Primary application | General commercial access control for doors, entrances, turnstiles, smaller gates and restricted access points |
|---|---|
| Reading range | Adjustable up to approximately 13 ft / 4 m depending on the credential, orientation, reader position and environment |
| Access output | Built-in normally open dry-contact relay |
| Operating options | Standalone access control or optional TCP/IP software-managed multi-reader operation |
| Standard package | Reader, relay, power supply, mounting bracket and two programmed authorized tags |

Standalone and Software-Managed Operation
| Feature | Standalone Operation | Software-Managed Operation |
|---|---|---|
| Computer required | No computer required for routine access | Compatible licensed Windows computer required |
| Internet required | No Internet required for routine standalone access | Internet may be needed during installation, activation or remote support |
| Access history | Not included in the basic standalone workflow | Real-time events, searchable history and reports |
| Multiple readers | Readers may operate as independent access points | Centralized management of multiple readers and entrances |
| Multiple computers | Not applicable | Multiple licensed computers can use a shared SQL database |
| Additional licenses | Not required for basic standalone operation | One software license per computer and one reader license per connected reader |
How the Access Control System Works
- An authorized credential enters the configured reading area.
- The F-910 reads and verifies the credential identification code.
- The built-in normally open relay is activated.
- The connected access or security device receives the command.
Unauthorized, incompatible or unprogrammed credentials do not activate the standard standalone system.
Typical Connection Diagram
| Authorized UHF Credential | → | Fresh USA F-910 Reader | → | Built-In NO / COM Relay | → | Door, Gate, Turnstile, Controller or Alarm |
The relay is normally connected to the external open-button, dry-contact or access-control input of the existing equipment. Terminal names vary by equipment manufacturer.
Suitable Commercial Applications
- Commercial doors and employee entrances
- Controlled pedestrian access points
- Turnstiles
- Smaller automatic gates
- Garage doors
- Warehouses and industrial entrances
- Schools, campuses and municipal facilities
